We loved visiting Battery Park and Wall Street. The breakfast was great, and they stored our luggage while we explored. Just a heads-up, some rooms can experience noise from the AC. But overall, it was a fun stay and I'd recommend it for group trips.
I faced some noise issues from the air conditioner which kept me up at night. I asked for help but the front desk staff weren't very accommodating.

We had a fantastic time at the hotel! The location was perfect, allowing easy access to major sites like the Brooklyn Bridge and restaurants. The staff was cute and helpful, especially with our dogs. Plus, the breakfast spread was good and exceeded our expectations!
In my kids' opinion, a small play area would be great.

A great experience with excellent staff who were friendly and attentive. The complimentary breakfast was a highlight, featuring a variety of options like bagels and made-to-order waffles. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing night. However, the water pressure in the shower was lower than expected, and room sizes are a bit tight, typical for the area. Also, the noise from the road was noticeable at times.

During my stay, I appreciated the easy access to three subway stations and the ferry. It helped me avoid the busy atmosphere while still being connected to the city. The breakfast was suitable, and I found it nice that they stored my luggage before check-in and after check-out, making my travels smoother.
I encountered some difficulties with noise from the street and the air conditioning in my room. It was hard to get a good night's sleep with all the commotion outside.
